Trick or Treat.... Move your Feet!

Tomorrow is our last Saturday run before #RnRSav! That means it's a Friday night in, which I really don't mind because I get to sit my tuckus on the couch, sip on my nuun, and watch crazy, bridezillas unlike myself  "Say Yes, to the Dress". 

So my awesome training group is doing an 8-9 mile fun run complete with Halloween costumes. How fun! And if you wear a one, you are in the mix for prizes along the surprise route. How cool is that?!?

So you may be pondering, what is VTB going to be?

A naked runner?? oh la la.

2. It involves another person
3. My portion is easy to wear, the other person.... not so much
