Good thing I logged a 20 min elliptical plus arms/back/abs workout this morning at the YMCA.
On that topic, I am debating on switching my membership from the Y to the new Anytime Fitness. The new gym has tv's on each piece of cardio equipment (great for our horrendous Savannah winters... HA!), they offer some spin & zumba class. Although they do seem to be having discussions of adding more as they beef up their clientele. AND its 24/7 access and you can use any facility, anywhere you go. BUT the Y; has a pool, more class, more weights, yet more people (for now). One extra bonus of Anytime, the boy now goes there....

Until then, I have Physical Therapy tomorrow. My hamstring and glute are doing remarkably better. But my tailbone (injured from behaving like a 7 yr old and falling off a scooter going downhill... no, there is no video), still hurts during some of the exercises. I hope I can run when my glute & hammy are cleared, bc I don't want to be held back due to tailbone issues. I have a 5k this month and want to be able to run it and not run/walk or walk the whole thing. I guess we will have to walk and see. So for now, I will go ice my pain in the ass....
